Matt Hill is a flooring supervisor at The Home Depot, and one of his favorite things about his job is how much he moves.
“Normally, I don’t sit down a lot,” explains Matt. “It’s very much ‘in the halls’ work, where I respond to customers.”

Matt is at the Staten Island, N.Y. store. (#1281) for over six years now and he likes how active his job is. “Time stops when you’re behind a desk all day,” says Matt. “But it moves faster when you’re moving.”

“My favorite part of working at Home Depot is interacting with the different people – customers and associates. I love going into the store to see all my colleagues and I enjoy hearing customer stories. It’s what keeps me coming back.”
