During his tenure, the bank grew from less than $1 billion in assets and eight branches in New York at the time of its 1993 IPO to $55 billion in assets and 236 branches across five states.

Cangemi joined New York Community as Chief Financial Officer in 2001 as part of the merger with Richmond County Financial Corporation, and in 2005 was named NYCB’s Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Since joining the company, Cangemi has been responsible for several areas of the financial sector, including strategic planning. Prior to Richmond County, he served as CFO at two New York-based community banks.

With 29 years of banking experience, Cangemi began his career at KPMG LLP, where he was a member of the Financial Services Practice.

Tom is highly respected within the organization and respected by Wall Street analysts and the investment community. The Board is confident that he is the right person to serve as CEO and looks forward to his next chapter at NYCB. “

As part of the transition plan, the Board appointed John J. Pinto as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Pinto has been with the company for 20 years, serving as executive vice president and chief accounting officer since April 2005.

In 2001, he merged with Richmond County Finance Corporation and has 26 years of banking experience. VENUE: Queens Community Bank (99 Peachtree St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303) and Delmar’s Deli/Grocery (92 Peachtree St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303) SHOW: Cell Man: Homecoming, 2017

I don’t live in New York or Atlanta, so I’m very impressed that the MCU Movies are able to seamlessly combine footage from both locations to tell a story. This week’s entry is just that. In fact, it convinced me so much that I spent many hours looking for these places around New York.

Cell Man: Back home in many New York locations, the Queens Community Bank and the Bodega across the street were truly impossible to fix in New York locations.

For places like this, the first thing to do is to make sure and check that the business isn’t really there. So, no, there is no Queens Community Bank or Delmar’s Grocery. Bodega’s phone numbers also look rough. This is a good start.

Another good tip is to check street signs and around the corner. According to visible signs, both locations appear to be on 21st Street. But there is no such place in checking the area. This led to the start of location scouting in Atlanta, the film’s other main location.

It was during this research that I found a photo on Reddit.com of the back of the “bank” location and the street where it is located. A quick Google search of the site confirmed the surrounding architecture and street layout, allowing us to quickly confirm that this was indeed the same place.

At least for the bank, the Atlanta locations appear to be only external appearances. According to Cinefex #154, the team converted an ATM bank lobby in Queens for the interior, but I don’t believe that will be the case. All the shots in the bank’s ATM lobby appear to have been fired in the same location in Atlanta. This leads me to believe that the quote is incorrect.

In the final product, a lot of work was done on these locations to make them look New York, from adding signage to removing and replacing background buildings. Knowing that the crew is perfect for such small details really makes the movie better.

NOTE: If you notice things like this in the movie trailer, Bodega’s name changed between the trailer and the release. As we first saw in the Spider-Man: 2 trailer, the food is called Apu Sansar. In the 3rd trailer and the final movie, the grocery store read “Delmar’s”. According to Redditor u/DimensionsInTime, “Apu Sansar trilogy of books is the popular coming of age story of Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay. Behind every scene in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is a place. Some are symbolic. Some work. Some are absolutely fantastic. But they are all there to support the story.
