Home Outlet Stores Near Me – Home Centric is the latest concept from Bealls Outlet-Burkes Outlet Stores, Inc., which operates retail stores in the southern, western and eastern United States. The Bealls-Burkes team worked with WBRC to develop and launch this new chain of home improvement stores. Ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 SF, the prototype store is designed to house an ever-evolving line of high-quality products from furniture to home decor. Some locations are combination stores, with Bealls Outlet and Home Centric sharing one location, such as the Bonita Springs location pictured here.
Before officially launching Home Centric, Bealls Outlet tested the concept in several existing stores in Florida. The resulting Home Centric store brand, including the logo, facade, interior signage and layout, is designed to align with Bealls Outlets stores. The new brand includes luxury finishes such as stone walls and custom flooring. Like Bealls Outlet, Home Centric offers name-brand products at significant savings and focuses on the needs of customers in warm states.

Discount Home Improvement Store Opens Next To Burlington
Bealls Inc., founded in 1915, is the family-owned parent company of Bealls Outlet-Burkes Outlet Stores, Inc. based in Bradenton, Florida and Bealls, Inc. is the largest private employer in Manatee County, Florida, and operates more than 500 stores in 16 states under the names Bealls, Bealls Outlet, Burkes Outlet, Bunulu and Home Centric. Home Outlet opened Wednesday at The Point Shopping Center at 4247 Union Deposit Road in the Lower Paxton Township. The store is located in the space next to Burlington. Last year Burlington downsized and Home Outlet is taking over the vacant part of the store.
The store offers flooring, carpentry, plumbing, door and window products. The new Home Outlet also offers free design services, as well as special in-store credit card financing options and additional savings through the Military Appreciation Program and the Landlord Program.
“Before selecting markets for new stores, we do a lot of research to make sure they’re a good fit. The Harrisburg area was presented as an excellent option for the fourth of five new stores in 2020,” Travis Laurence, E.C.’s vice president of operations, said in a press release. Barton & Company. “Over the past year, we’ve opened new locations in Arkansas, Florida, Tennessee and Ohio; we are excited to now expand our existing footprint here in Pennsylvania and look forward to becoming a part of this community.”
The Barton has 27,101 square feet, according to Cedar Realty Trust’s website. The shopping center is owned by Cedar Realty Trust.
