I call it the proposed plan because we decided not to go with this option. This option is a complete transformation of the whole house. After finding out that we would have to spend a lot of money fixing things we weren’t expecting to fix (which will always happen during renovations), and we knew we were in this house for a very long time. Will not stay, we have decided to minimize the renovation. If we went with this option there was no way to recoup all the money invested.
